Teen Classes

Classes for students in grades 6-12. Round House Theatre Education programs inspire creativity, exercise imaginations, and promote artistic risk-taking, while developing skills in critical thinking, cooperation, and self-confidence. As students grow older, their explorations into the world of theatre develop into more skill-based classes.

Act Fast! Improvisation. Ensemble problem-solving channels creative energy, encourages spontaneity, and builds self-confidence. Through games, interactive play and long-form exploration this class encourages spontaneity and creative impulses. The emphasis will be on creating a safe environment for students to take risks, make mistakes, and learn through doing. This class can be repeated mulitple times and concludes with a sharing for families.
